Stephen Joseph Huggard

Huggard - Stephen J. of Mineola, NY. Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his caring family on December 12, 2021, following a courageous battle with kidney disease and the after effects of a stroke. Survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Anne (Kelly) . Devoted father of six children, Stephen, James (Paula), Anne Berhart (Greg), Thomas (Marianne), Joseph (Kerry), Jeanne (Jorge). Cherished grandfather of 17 and great grandfather of 3. Predeceased by his parents Stephen and Cathleen, and brother Raymond. Survived by sisters Eileen Mulligan and Cathy Harwood, and brothers James (Michele) and Thomas.  President of Stout Brothers Inc. Proud United States Navy Veteran. Graduate of College of the Holy Cross, All Hallows High School and PS 101.  Visitation will be held Wednesday December 15th, 3-8pm, at Cassidy Funeral Home, 156 Willis Ave, Mineola, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday December 16th, 10:30am, at Corpus Christi Church, Mineola, NY.
