In loving memory of Sgt. Ronald Derek Millner, a proud retired U.S. Army Veteran who served his country with honor, courage, and dedication. Born November 2, 1962, and called home on July 29, 2026, Ronald lived a life defined by service, sacrifice, love, and commitment to those around him. He served in the Desert Storm War from 1990–1991 and later served as a Diplomatic Officer for the State of New York until his final days. His life and legacy will forever be cherished by his son, Derek Millner; granddaughters Devyn and Kaiya; grandsons Azaiah, Akello, and Elias; daughters Kiesha Millner and Zamaree Millner; brothers Darien Forman of New York and Eric Forman of Maryland; stepmother Melody Seon-Millner; and a host of family and friends. Special thanks to Cousin Wendi for her love and support. Ronald was preceded in death by his stepfather, Major Lawrence J. Banks (2008); mother, Anna Jane Banks (2015); and father, Ronald L. Millner (2022). His service, sacrifice, love, and legacy will never be forgotten. Forever remembered, forever loved, and forever in our hearts.
