Raymond Morales

Raymond Morales, age 88 of Mineola passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Thursday, October 9, 2025. He was born on September 13, 1937 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico to parents Ramon Morales And Josephine Velez. He grew up in Brooklyn, NY and was a truck driver for the New York Times. He loved salsa dancing and the NY Mets. Ray was a family man who loved watching his beloved grandsons, Danny & Mikey, playing baseball and performing tae kwon do.

Raymond is survived by his wife of 65 years Mary Ann; his daughter Kim (Brian) and grandsons Daniel and Michael. He was preceded in death by his son Raymond J. Morales. Visitation will take placeon Tuesday, October 14, 2025 from 3:00-7:00 pm at Cassidy Funeral Home,156 Willis Avenue, Mineola, NY. Funeral Services will be heldon Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 10:30 am at Corpus Christi Church,155 Garfield Avenue, Mineola, NY.
