Marie D. Mcdonald

Marie McDonald, a long time resident of Mineola & retired employee of Mineola School District, passed peacefully 3/21/22. Her life did not come to an end with her death, as she is now home with the Lord. Marie known as Nanny to many, passed on surrounded by her loved ones who will continue her legacy. She is survived by Christine Valente (Joseph), Robert Lotito (Georgette), Susan Dunninger (Lee), Patrice Fitzpatrick (Billy), Teresa Monteagudo, Mimi Johnston (Matt),Kelly,18 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren. Marie had a great love for gardening, shopping & reading books. In Lieu of flowers, her family asks friends & family donate to the charities that were near & dear to her. St Jude Childrens Hospital, National MS Society and Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
