Maria Da Graca Martinho

Maria da Graca Martinho, beloved Wife, Mother and Grandmother passed away on August 7, 2024 at the age of 68.

She was a wonderful and talented person who was always available to offer love and support to friends and family alike.  Maria was a cherished member of her community in Astoria, Queens.  She often enjoyed chatting with neighbors and family on her porch.  She loved pets and cared for the families dog Patrick who pre deceased her.  Maria loved entertaining guests and took pride in cooking her special Portuguese dishes.  She enjoyed traveling on cruises and on trips to her homeland of Portugal.

She leaves behind her husband Joao, son Jessie and daughter Isabel along with her sister Rosa, brothers Jose Maria and Simplicio, along with countless friends who felt her warmth and generosity.  Maria will be sorely missed by all.
