Manuel Abreu De Brito

Manuel Abreu De Brito, 81, of Richmond hill, NY passed away on April 5,2023 after a courageous fight against Cancer.

Manuel was born on May 6, 1941 to Ernesto Brito and Ana De Abreu in Portugal. After Manuel immigrated to the US in 1971 he made NY his second home never forgetting about Portugal. He travelled at least once a year back home visiting family and friends. Manuel worked in construction for over thirty years giving him an abundance of knowledge to which he was always willing to lend a helping hand to friends and family with projects.

In 1977, Manuel met Maria Laura in Portugal. Manuel and Maria Laura went on to marry and have two children, Carlos Manuel and Susana.

In 2003, Manuel retired and spent his time with family and traveling to Portugal.

Manuel was predeceased by his Mother, Father and two Sisters. He is survived by his Wife, Son, Daughter and Grandchildren.
