Dolores Alcina Martins

Dolores A. Martins (Salgueiro) of Smithtown, born January 3, 1952 in Pardilho, Portugal passed peacefully on October 11, 2022 after a fierce 33 year battle against kidney disease. Devoted wife of 50 years to Carlos. Beloved mother to Danielle (Rocky) and Diana (Paulo). Loving grandmother to Rocco, Andrew, Joseph, Sofia, Ana, and Luciano. Cherished sister to Tony Salgueiro (Debbie) and Rosie DeNara (Kenny) and sister-in-law to Tony Martins (Debbie), Conceicao Rodrigues (Alfredo), Orlando Martins (Cecilia), and Natalia Ferreira (Antonio). She will always be remembered by all that knew her as a beacon of strength, resilience, and above all, love of family.
