Beverly Ursula Donnelly

Beverly, a long time resident of Mineola, passed away June 26 in Maryland where she lived the last 5 years with one of her daughters. Beverly is predeceased by her devoted husband Anthony who entered eternal rest in 2022.

Beverly grew up right here in Mineola, graduating from Mineola High School in 1947. Soon after marrying Anthony in 1953, they moved to Marcellus Road where they lived for the next 65 years raising their family and planting deep roots in the community. Beverly was an active parishioner at Corpus Christi Church; many weeks you could find her giving communion at the Saturday evening mass. She was also a long time member of the Rosary Society and Catholic Daughters. Beverly loved attending Mineola High School Student Service lunch bunch and countless other community events.

Beverly loved spending time with her family, swimming at the pool, reading and several artistic hobbies. She especially loved to knit and crotchet blankets for family and friends alike. Beverly and Anthony hosted many a family gathering. From regular dinners to summer game nights to holiday dinners and everything in between. Christmas night was open house of extended family and close friends stopping by to share dessert and celebrate the holiday.

Beverly is survived by her 8 children, 6 daughter/son-in-laws, 20 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and many other extended family members including nieces and nephews.

Beverly will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She will forever remain in our hearts.
