Aristides Ferraz Ferreira

Aristides Ferraz Ferreira, 81, passed Sunday, March 23, 2025. He is lovingly survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Benilde Ferreira; his children, Paula and Dominic; his daughter-in-law, Teresa; his son-in-law, John; and his cherished grandchildren Ashley, Dominic, John, and Anthony.

Originally born in Poutena, Portugal, he immigrated to the United States at age 27 and has been a Mineola resident ever since. His journey was one of resilience and determination, marked by his strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to his family. A truly hardworking individual, Aristides was the cornerstone of his household, always putting the needs of his loved ones first. His home was always open to family, and it was there that many cherished memories were made. His family was his greatest pride, and his love for them was the foundation upon which his life was built.
